@qatarairways QR768 delayed by 3 hours, citing inclement weather, although lots of flights taking off in the same conditions. Passengers sat in the cabin with no inflight service! Poor updates from the flight deck!

Nice going @AirCanada @qatarairways, 2 in 2. Travelled from Toronto to Doha in July & August. Checked in bags didn’t arrive both times. Something’s seriously wrong with your baggage handling.
