What if I use a program to choose a winner who likes and retweet 25,000$ and then I personally will choose a winner who quoted the tweet for another $25,000. Is this fair to everyone? I originally said whoever quoted it … but I can’t use a computer program to pick the winner randomly off quotes only retweets and likes!!! LMK. 👊🏾👊🏾
