@WillWGraham Hey Will! I was an SC for years and was staffed because my showrunner insisted I stay on set due to no other writers / she vouched for me to get bumped. I’m lucky this happened - I’ve had incredible bosses who “didn’t have money” to promote, due to minuscule budgets.
