1⃣TTE findings of cardiac amyloidosis include increased LV wall, abnormal diastolic fxn, and abnormal LV strain w/ apical sparing
2⃣If negative workup for AL, +PYP scan has near 100% specificity for ATTR

1⃣In non-severe CAP, use of urinary antigens is not supported by literature (does not change mgmt, low sensitivity)
2⃣A MRSA swab is recommended by ATS/IDSA guidelines for its NPV in ruling out MRSA infxn
