Wir haben ein Modell, bei dem ein grün fluoreszierendes Protein direkt in den Zellen exprimiert wird, die uns im Gehirn am meisten interessieren, so dass wir die Neuroanatomie des Systems verstehen können und damit auch die verschiedenen Funktionen, die es haben könnte.

I’m a fan of @biorxivpreprint in general, but man, we just did a Journal Club on a preprint that was a realllly poor representation of science and the scientific method. No stats, no proper controls, no sufficient methods, poor conclusions, terrible figures…anyone else see this?
