@FedExHelp can someone please help me …no one can seem to give me a definitive answer on how and when I will get a refund for what was an overnight delivery we paid for almost 3 weeks ago that was not delivered on time. This is beyond frustrating.

@FedEx who do I contact about finding out where a package is and when it will get delivered… the @FedEx help has been no help at all…so frustrating

@FedExHelp I got disconnected with someone here while we were DM’ing so I don’t know if this matter is getting addressed. She was gonna let me know as soon as she found out what time the delivery was expected. Can someone please go above and beyond and give us some satisfaction?

@FedExHelp been dealing with fed ex since last Friday when we paid for an overnight delivery and still has not been delivered. This should’ve been first out of the warehouse today and delivered first thing this morning. This is ridiculous.

@Target it’s very frustrating that we pick a delivery date on April 6 because that’s when we will be there to pick it up yet it comes 7 days early and no one is there! What’s the point of a delivery date then? it should say “estimated” on the website then!

@AmazonHelp I’m not sure what the point is of purposely picking a delivery date when we are there to pick it up (4/6), instead it comes the day after ordered (3/30). How does that happen!? We don’t know anyone that can pick it up for us. I hope it’s still there when we arrive.

@ChipotleTweets @chris_hurney I agree, even tweeted this out about a yr ago on Chipotle’s twitter to let them know never heard back. I stopped going to chipotle‘s a year ago, even went to one that was open just a few mos and it got so dirty inside so fast… even though I like chipotle food we go to Pancheros.
