@AGHamilton29 We live in a dying/stagnant town of ~13,000 in south/central IL that could use this kind of economic shot in the arm but the NIMBY crowd is quite loud & organized so I guess we'll just keep building franchised coffee shops, Dollar Generals & watch banks build new branches.

When things go south with customers it's often the simplest solution that can defuse the problem. Hiding behind policy is not a solution. I've had plenty of upset guests in my career but listening & then finding a equitable solution has defused 99.5% of the problem.

It's just a sign of the times. Customer service doesn't mean anything anymore. Retail, restaurants, wherever. Nobody care about their customers. Are some customers demanding? Absolutely but that's less than 1% of all customer interactions
