@cromaretail I purchased one desert cooler from croma. Initially I was reluctant to purchase croma brand but the sales person convinced me to to buy it. In just 2 days the cooler pump has stopped working. Ticket No:780294424645. Still no resolution provided. #BADEXPERINCE
