Stopped in at 511 in OK (2570 s I35 store). They hooked us up with some fresh gear and got us back on the road. Thank you for the amazing customer service.
@Maverik - shout out to the night shift guy at Maverik in Cedar City UT. Our @boyscouts troop found out our camp water had been shut down. Your staff was awesome helped us fill some of our jugs and loaded up the extra bottled water we purchased thx for the great customer service!
@RamTrucks Weeks w/out truck back 2 dealer 5 days due 2 diesel smell in cab. Dlr sais nada wrong no ssue. Now resorting to a pro air quality test to look for the issue. Other dlrs in town won't touch it say take it to the dlr who did the work and I the customer am left with shit.
@TowbinAuto dang fellas had the ram for weeks and weeks 12-14 got the engine replaced and their was spare parts and panels falling off. Like my service guy but I am feeling like you all are just phoning it in.
@RamTrucks Y'all already did, link to arbitration was the best option I got, other than wait for your truck. After that, no reply even to further questions, only arbitration.
CEO just said to put customers first and admitted to poor build quality. Well I can attest to the second part.
@RamTrucks 15 weeks waiting for new engine in my Ram 1500 echo diesel (blew up at 48k mi). threw eng light on new eng on 1st dealer test drive, guess it's week 16. Not thrilled w/ customer service. Link to arbitration is a nice touch. Nothing says fu like arbitration or stfu.
@thinkstations win 11 = crash for a ton of your think pads due to storage driver issues... 6 in as many weeks have had to be fully reloaded.... Support sucks and now I have a ton expiring from support we were going to renew now we are just moving to @Dell loved our Thnkpds shame
