@vueling I’m not impressed with this airline. I missed my flight due to terminal not being properly communicated. I looked around the airport looking for their terminals therefore spent time. Eventual found their terminal and was on the long line and was refused to check in.

I was 5 minutes late from the check in. I then reported to their call centre which I was told they will refund me the taxes and to my surprise I was charged 15 euros management fee and leaving 2.90 euros due to me what a disgrace.

@vueling I didn’t know you existed until this morning after a had a horrible experience. I got lost since I couldn’t locate where you based in Barcelona and was 5 minutes late for the check-in. I was told no the check in done. And also couldn’t check-in online for whatever reason

If South Africa stops recycling the same journalists from one media house to another, maybe we will have journalists who ask genuine questions and hold government officials accountable. The media in South Africa sounds like a broken record with little accountability!
