Our Research Strategy Task Group works with the School of Sociology, Politics, and International Studies at the University of Bristol to develop and implement the BMSLG Research Plan.

Our Health Task Group works with the leadership of the NHS Clinical Commissioning Group South West to ensure policies and service design are sensitive to cultural diversity. This task group also aims to heighten the awareness of different cultural perceptions of mental health.

Our Police Task Group works closely with Avon and Somerset Police on issues that affect Muslim communities mapped on the priorities of A&S in terms of developing relationships and trust as well as genuine diversity in the police force at all levels.
