3) have not stepped forward..they must know or suspect too. Others outside the situation say I must take action..I have been very good at documenting a lot of things..not all of it but a large amount. Anyway the head says do the right thing but it is not..

2) I know is very wrong and should be reported. You doubt whether it is worth the upheaval that will result in your own life..whether it will be taken seriously..maybe the situation will get better or you can help the situation. You wonder why others..

I have seen some wondering how something like Aliu incident does not come to light until years later. From my personal situation..it is so hard to come forward. The past few I have wrestled with knowing intimate details of something ongoing that in my head1)
