Nigerian students are silently enduring hardship while their scholarship funds remain unpaid. Enough is enough. Pay us what is rightfully ours. ๐๐
@DrTunjiAlausa@NigEducation@FinMinNigeria@Suwaiba_Said am 2024 beneficiary of Federal scholarship award. I did verification twice yet I wasn't paid a dime. My fellow students who happened to be a beneficiary wrote a letter to the ministry of education countless time, yet it results into nothing. Do we have to keep begging
@DrTunjiAlausa@NigEducation@FinMinNigeria@Suwaiba_Said Your courage in speaking up for Nigerian students in Morocco forced the govt to respond. We sincerely appreciate that. ๐๐พ

@DrTunjiAlausa@NigEducation@FinMinNigeria@Suwaiba_Said When you spoke for Nigerian students in Morocco, the government listened. That gave us hope.
Today, students who were officially awarded scholarships in Nigeria are still unpaid, despite repeated assurances by the Minister of Education since last year.
Sir, please help us speak.
Thank you for this update, Honourable Minister. While much attention is given to international scholarship programmes, I must bring to light the situation of the 2024 FSB (Federal Scholarship Board) awardees studying within Nigeria.
To this day, none of us has received any payment since our selection in 2024. Despite numerous appeals, direct engagement with officials, and visits to Abuja, our payments remain outstanding.
We feel overlooked in this national conversation, yet we are here at home, studying and contributing to Nigeriaโs educational goals.
We respectfully urge you and the Ministry to also prioritize the welfare of home-based scholars. When will the 2024 FSB scholars get their payments?
Many of us are ready to provide our award letters for verification if required.
Thank you for your attention.

Many are suffering in silence. We ask only for accountability and fulfillment of approved commitments. ๐ณ๐ฌ๐
