We remain justifiably skeptical that Iran—the largest and most active state sponsor of terror around the world—will adhere to any of the provisions outlined in the Memorandum of Understanding signed on June 17 between the United States and Iran.

May 24–25, 1991: Israel launched #OperationSolomon, a 36-hour covert rescue effort that airlifted over 14,000 Ethiopian Jews to safety—the largest Aliyah mission in history.
A powerful reminder of Israel’s role as a refuge for Jews facing persecution.
Today, more than 150,000 Jews of Ethiopian descent proudly call Israel home.
We deplore in the strongest terms the U.N. secretary-general’s office including Israel on a list of perpetrators of sexual violence in conflict, alongside foremost jihadist groups and regimes that actually are guilty of incomparable, intentional and systemic such atrocities. This inclusion and equation would represent a lie and a libel, one inflicting unpardonable harm not only on Israel and on efforts at peacemaking, but on the U.N.
Israel, despite its ceaselessly threatening environment, is the sole Middle Eastern country that upholds a humane democracy’s human rights standards, particularly including gender equality. U.N. tarnishing of such a country and its entire corps of civil servants and vital defense personnel—on account of partisan political motivations and overt double standards—must not be allowed to pass. https://t.co/bqOaPkHfuw
While in Chile during a B’nai B’rith mission to Latin America, our leaders met with Senator María Loreto and Deputy Luis Sánchez (@sanchezdiputado), members of the Israel-Chile Parliamentary Friendship Group. We thanked them both for their steadfast support of Israel and discussed concrete ways to advance the Group’s work in partnership with the Chilean Jewish community and the Israeli Embassy.
The delegation also sat down with Israeli Ambassador @Peleg_Lewi, who assumed his post in August 2024, as well as with B’nai B’rith Chile and leaders of the local Jewish community.
A Latin American mission of B’nai B’rith International leaders from Latin America, the United States, Europe and Australia, led by President Robert Spitzer and CEO Daniel S. Mariaschin, held a day of high-level political meetings in Uruguay on May 6.
The delegation met with three former Uruguayan presidents, Israeli and U.S. diplomats, and current President Yamandú Orsi at the Presidential Executive Tower.
Orsi spoke forcefully against terrorism, reaffirmed Uruguay’s commitment to @TheIHRA working definition of anti-Semitism, and praised B’nai B’rith Uruguay for more than three decades of Kristallnacht commemorations.

🇦🇷🇮🇱 #IsaacAccords#BnaiBrith
President of Argentina Javier Milei and Prime Minister of Israel Benjamin Netanyahu made history by signing the Isaac Accords, a landmark framework for strengthening ties between Israel and Latin America in diplomacy, security, innovation, and the fight against terrorism and anti-Semitism.
B’nai B’rith applauds President @JMilei, Prime Minister @Netanyahu and Foreign Minister @GidonSaar for bringing this forward-looking initiative—inspired by the U.S.-brokered Abraham Accords—to fruition.
As an organization with a proud presence across Latin America and a long history of advocating for Israel and democracy in the region, we see this as a pivotal moment. We look forward to the expansion of the Isaac Accords to include other like-minded nations in the Western Hemisphere that share these values. https://t.co/QBccU22ezB

1,100+ Israeli homes leveled by Iranian missile: Witness the heartbreaking reality in Dimona. https://t.co/SqwrcnLnX2
Alan Schneider, Director of the B’nai B’rith World Center-Jerusalem, is on the ground at the impact site where families were forced to flee in an instant.
Looking at the ruins and rubble, we are here to stand with the Dimona community as they face the reality of being displaced. To support our work on the ground and help Israelis in need, please donate to our Israel Emergency Fund today: https://t.co/m0sSM785es
March 17 marked the 34th anniversary of the 1992 bombing of the Israeli Embassy in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
Iran-backed Hezbollah terrorists killed 29 and injured over 200 in this heinous act of violence.
We remember the victims and continue to honor their memory by demanding that those responsible—and the Iranian regime, which was behind the attack—be brought to justice more than three decades on.
