चार यात्री LTT -PATNA EXPRESS में अपना कन्फर्म टिकट लेकर चढ़े।
सीट पर पहले से रेलवे का ही कर्मचारी बैठा था।
सीट ��ाली करने को कहा तो उसने साफ मना कर दिया।
TT से शिकायत की उसने भी साथ नहीं दिया।
रेल मदद ऐप पर शिकायत की.. फिर भी कोई मदद नहीं।
आखिरकार सोशल मीडिया और कंज्यूमर कोर्ट का रास्ता लिया।
कोर्ट ने यात्रियों के पक्ष में फैसला सुनाया
पूरा टिकट का पैसा + 8% सालाना ब्याज
प्रताड़ना के लिए 20,000 रुपये जुर्माना
15,000 रुपये कानूनी खर्चा
आज मोबाइल और सोशल मीडिया न हो तो आम आदमी को इंसाफ मिलना भी मुश्किल है।

A Bank of India employee, sitting there in a red shirt, openly says —
“We won’t do your work… do whatever you can.”
This incident is from the Madhubani branch in Bihar.
A young man went there to open a bank account.
He has been living in Madhubani for the past 5 years, although his permanent home is in Darbhanga.
As per rules, a landlord’s electricity bill from the place where you currently live can be used as valid address proof.
The boy had carried exactly that…
Yet, the bank staff refused straightaway —
👉 “Your account won’t be opened here. Go to Darbhanga.”
The next day, when he returned with another person, the response suddenly changed —
👉 “The account will be opened, but not after 2 PM. That’s the rule.”
Sensing something wrong, the young man immediately called customer care from there.
And the truth came out —
❌ There is no such rule about 2 PM.
When the customer care executive spoke to the bank employee, he blatantly lied —
👉 “He doesn’t have a local address proof.”
Even though the young man was standing there holding the electricity bill.
As soon as the call ended, the same arrogant tone returned —
👉 “Do whatever you want… we will not open your account.”
This is not just negligence — it’s outright misconduct and abuse of power.
Strict action must be taken against such employees. Otherwise, common people will continue to suffer, and trust in the system will keep eroding.
Recently, I withdrew ₹7000 from a State Bank of India ATM, out of which 4 notes of ₹500 were found to be in a damaged condition. These notes were neither accepted by shopkeepers nor could they be deposited in any deposit machine.
Due to this, I suffered a total loss of ₹2000.
After that, I went to the bank branch. The staff at the counter refused to exchange or accept the notes, stating that they were not issued from their branch. At that time, the branch manager was also not present, and my written complaint was not accepted.
After this, I kept moving from one counter to another for almost 2–3 hours. After several attempts, the bank staff advised me to deposit those notes into my account. Eventually, I did so and the amount was credited to my account. However, one note is still retained at another branch, and I have been told that I will receive an update in a few days.
The entire day was spent in this process. The experience was not good, and now I feel hesitant to withdraw cash from ATMs, as it may again require multiple visits to the bank afterward.

Flipkart should take action against companies that buy fake reviews.
Recently ordered a set of knives based on good reviews from an unknown brand from Flipkart.
When I opened the package, there was a coupon saying:
“You’re our 1000th customer! Leave a 4 or 5 star rating and get 100% cashback.”
That’s when it clicked, most of those reviews are influenced by such tricks.
Flipkart is big enough company to know about these misleading tactics, yet no action is taken.
At this point, people will start thinking twice before trusting reviews at all.

मेरी ट्रेन (PNR: 8744664873 | Train No: 11401 | Class: Sleeper) में हालत ये है कि एक सीट पर मेरे सहित 5 लोग बैठे हैं। नियमों के अनुसार वेटिंग टिकट वाले स्लीपर में यात्रा नहीं कर सकते, लेकिन ज़मीनी हकीकत बिल्कुल अलग है।
हर बार बड़ी-बड़�� बातें की जाती हैं, लेकिन व्यवस्था पूरी तरह चरमराई हुई दिखती है।
अगर रेलवे सच में घाटे में जा रही है, तो सवाल उठता है इतनी भीड़ के बावजूद ये पैसा आखिर जा कहाँ रहा है ?
सबसे बड़ी चिंता है यात्रियों की सुरक्षा। आए दिन सुनने में आता है कि किसी बोगी में चोरी हो गई, किसी का सामान गायब हो गया।
ऐसे में जिम्मेदारी कौन लेगा ?
क्या सिर्फ नियम बनाने से काम चलेगा, या उन्हें लागू भी किया जाएगा ?
अनुरोध है कि अगले स्टेशन पर मेरी सीट (S4-8) खाली करवाई जाए और उचित कार्रवाई की जाए।
कृपया इस पर तुरंत ध्यान दिया जाए 🙏
