@FM_Assist I have tried to start a new save on a couple of occasions and both times, I have been unable to respond to transfer offers for the same specific player. I can continue for a while then I cannot advance, so the save is unplayable. Any help would be appreciated.

By all means invest more, but that is massively disproportionate
