And some of their services do above and beyond to include “weekly”window cleaning, power washing, car detailing, and grocery runs etc…

@TXStrGuy Additionally, I find that the large property attracts the parties. Making property upkeep a constant weekly battle.

In some cases, I have found the 3 smaller STRs afford me more bandwidth than 1 large STR

However, logistically, large is always more difficult to manage. Turning a large property around between guests can be a nightmare - that a lot of cleaning companies won’t be willing to take on the task.
