@jeffarussell Gotcha I’ve seen that. I’m not sure if if I want to grow as fast anymore and scale to where we need full time recruiter, marketing, etc. Appreciate it

[Patrick Dichter @patrickdichter]

We crossed over 300 monthly accounting clients this week. Time to celebrate with some bluegrass and BBQ. Thank you to our clients and team!

@yezdiii We had great client retention on the acquisitions except one. About 30% of clients are from acquisitions and 70% organic growth

@CPASuperHero Constantly trying to improve the client experience, constantly trying to improve our team, lots of marketing, and some lucky timing

@CostaKapo How does self awareness translate to not going bankrupt? They’re not great with people or fit to run a business?

[Patrick Dichter @patrickdichter]

@Oliver_Clingain Always gotta be recruiting

[Patrick Dichter @patrickdichter]

I hired someone this week because they reached out to us and they looked too good to pass up. We weren’t hiring but sometimes you see an A player and just gotta get them on the bus and figure it out later.
