#UttarPradesh | A scramble broke out in #Kanpur after a chocolate factory dumped expiry date chocolates at a roadside garbage site along a highway, prompting people to collect and carry away cartons of expired chocolates.
Residents said the chocolates expired in 2024 and that the factory that produced them threw them into a nearby dump beside the highway.
