Let’s say your boss hired a consultant to make sure the company you work for absolutely crushed the next quarter.
But the company was kind of in the hole. You, being the loyal employee you are, had even gone so far as to work extra hours without pay, and avoided taking vacation days just so you could do your part for a job you love—naturally, you and your colleagues raised some concern about spending more money on a new consultant with similar ideas as the last one.
Your boss promised you all, “this is the guy”… and to convince you of his certainty, said “we’re going to build at speeds not seen in generations.”, “we’ll be a super power”. “You’re all going to get bonuses once this plan works.”.
365 days pass… and the results are worse than you could have expected. So bad, that thousands of your colleagues have chosen to leave the company for better opportunity with a different one.
The business is now in double the debt it was before his employment.
The promise of revenue by the consultant, turned out to be “not worth the paper they’re written on”.
And worse, you find out that he actually only answered the phone calls by your panicked boss once every five days. The rest of the time, he was off using the private jet, flying around the world and spent hundreds of thousands of dollars in inflight catering on almost every trip.
When you checked with accounting, you discovered that instead of actually build significant wealth for the company, he had re-labeled all sorts of expense categories… replaced your colleagues with low skilled and low wage workers, claiming the company was thriving because of all this new employment and demand, and insulted your biggest customer so badly that they no longer want to do business with you.
When you brought this up to your boss, who you’ve worked for your entire career and thought you had a good relationship with, he called you the problem. A traitor and said you were spewing misinformation.
You showed him all your evidence, and he told you to “get the F#%> out. Pack your bags and leave if you’re going to be so negative and talk down the company like that.”
That’s basically Canada right now.
Mark Carney Brings Canada TOGETHER: Everyone Hates The Condo Bailout
The Prime Minister has united the Country
Everyone despises Bailing Out Condo Developers
More to come on this Steaming Communications Shitstorm
🇨🇦: They said excess supply will bring prices down.
Now they’re giving a tax bill to your future grandkids to generate demand & protect builder profits.
They don’t just hate us. They think we’re stupid.

The gaslighting needs to be studied.
You’re desperate.
Trying to justify the bailout given to the wealthiest in Canada.
No one is buying your spin.
This does nothing for affordability.
Carney literally said this is because developers don’t want to sell at a loss. So you go to the “rescue” on our dime so they can be made whole.
It’s literally a bailout.
Let them hold those empty units.
Let’s see how many can afford to stay afloat.
You could have picked them up for significantly cheaper when they closed shop.
Instead, you bail them out using the money from those who cannot afford them. Shame on you.
So if you are a family that can’t afford your mortgage because of a job loss, you are forced to sell at the current market price
But if you are a developer that built product that no one wanted, you get a taxpayer funded bailout
The stupidity is amazing 🤦♂️
Just so EVERYONE in Canada fully understands this
Under c-22, cell phone service providers are now required to track the location of your phone
for six months, and store it
in case the government or the police ever want it.
The more you know.
This is not about guns... It never was.
The question before the Supreme Court of Canada is whether the government can step into your life — despite you doing nothing wrong — and take your legally acquired property by force.
That question affects every single Canadian. Not just the 2.5 million legal gun owners who have been fighting this for six years.
@CCFR_CCDAF VP of Public Relations @TWilsonOttawa breaks down exactly what the Supreme Court challenge means, what comes next and why this case will set a precedent that goes far beyond firearms.

The price of used cars has almost doubled since 2019. Yet every time a used car is sold at a dealership, the government taxes it again and again.
Today, @PierrePoilievre and I announced my bill, C-285, to scrap the GST on used cars and save Canadians thousands of dollars.
If you haven't withdrawn from this joke of a program yet, now would be a great time. The amnesty has been extended to 90 days after the Supreme Court makes its decision. The Supreme Court will not make a decision until mid to late 2027, most likely.
Hold the line. Withdraw.
Mark Carney is MAGA I guess…
You know, being a conservative is tough in a country that hates you for existing… but at least, you always end up being right. 🤷♀️
Yesterday, I was woken up by my neighbour calling at 6 am to say that the $26K air compressor I'd rented to do this job had been stolen off the back of my truck.
I canvassed my neighbourhood for camera footage, and found their egress route from my neighbourhood. I used social media to discover that the vehicle used had been stolen earlier that night from an Uber Eats driver in a nearby area, and contacted him to confirm it was the same car. I spoke to various equipment rental people to see if there were any popular areas for things like this to appear.
By 8 pm, I'd taken my compressor back, located the stolen car, confronted the thief and impressed upon him the importance of staying away from my neighbourhood, and all it cost me is a left hand that's swollen a bit today, and some minor cuts on my arms.
You can just do things.
If we lived in a normal world, the media wouldn’t be explaining Carney’s message to Canadians like this, they would be demanding answers of why he is purposely tanking our relationship with the largest economy in the world. This is state propaganda.
