Is Army Training also going to be divided on religious lines in Karnataka?

The Karnataka Directorate of Minorities has invited tenders to provide 60 days of Army Training exclusively to minority students for 2026–27.

Why should such an opportunity be restricted to minority students? What about Hindu and other community students?

National defence, discipline, patriotism and military training should not be viewed through the prism of religion.

If the objective is to build patriotic youth, why not provide equal opportunities to ALL eligible students?

The Karnataka Government must explain this discriminatory-looking policy and its rationale!
