if interest component is not included that means excluding cost of emi, ie. customer is bearing cost of emi interest
that is not no cost emi

1. have an advance of about 2300 since the last 2 bills but the same is not reflecting / adjusted in the bills

2. have you or your idiotic accounts bothered to go thru past posts or ledger
