साहिल वकोड़े IIT बॉम्बे के छात्र थे। परीक्षा चल रही थी। पूरा प्रश्नपत्र AI एप्प को अपलोड कर के उत्तर कॉपी में लिख रहे थे। प्रोफेसर ने पकड़ लिया। बाहर ले गए, डाँटा और कहा कि संस्थान के नियम स्पष्ट हैं आप चोरी करते पकड़े गए तो सस्पेंड किए जा सकते हो।

साहिल ने बाद में आत्महत्या कर ली। माँ-बाप ने पोस्टमार्टम के बाद भी शव नहीं लिया क्योंकि उन्हें न्याय चाहिए। न्याय पाने के लिए उन्होंने मोदी एक्ट की धाराएँ लगवा दीं प्रोफेसर पर।

एक लड़का आरक्षण से IIT पहुँचा। कम नंबर न आए, इसलिए चोरी कर रहा था। वह टॉपर बनना चाह रहा था। पर एक मनुवादी शिक्षक ने उसे कॉलेज के कानून बताए, सस्पेंड किया भी नहीं। उसने आत्महत्या कर ली।

क्या एक दलित को फोन ले जाने अनुमति नहीं होनी चाहिए? क्या ऐतिहासिक प्रताड़ना के कारण उसको ओपन मोबाइल परीक्षा देने की अनुमति नहीं होनी चाहिए?

आज एक ब्राइट स्टूडेंट, जो जेट इंजन बना सकता था AI से पूछ कर, हमारे बीच इसलिए नहीं रहा क्योंकि उससे पहले ही चरण में रोक लिया गया। मोदी एक्ट इसीलिए बना ही है।

प्रोफेसर को फाँसी होनी चाहिए।

यह मामला महज Hit & Run का नहीं लगता। सामने आए वीडियो में जिस तरह कार चालक एक बाइक चालक युवती को कथित इशारे करके जानबूझकर टक्कर मारकर मौके से भाग गया, वह अत्यंत गंभीर और चिंताजनक है।

वीडियो में स्पष्ट रूप से दिखाई दे रहा है कि टक्कर जानबूझकर मारी गई है, इसलिए इसे केवल सड़क दुर्घटना मानकर कार्रवाई न की जाए, बल्कि जानबूझकर हत्या करने के प्रयास सहित लागू होने वाली सभी संगीन धाराओं में मामला दर्ज कर आरोपी की तत्काल गिरफ्तारी की जाए।

Good conversation by @Ankit_Tyagi01 . Statements from multiple @BJP4Haryana leaders - MP Gurgaon, MP Mahendragarh, Minister Haryana Govt - all seem to be saying “Humse naa ho paayega”.

If this is true, it is a fit case to dismiss the Haryana Govt immediately and hold fresh elections. Citizens can’t be forced to suffer due to complete incompetence of the ministers, MLAs and MPs.

Gurgaon is a case killing the goose that lays golden eggs because of the greed and incompetence of the state govt, the bureaucracy, the builders, and of course the mafia. Optics of the @DC_Gurugram making rounds is so cringe because everyone knows its just for camera, not to fix things. Trust these guys to destroy a brand and turn gold into shit. They cant control traffic, cant stop wrong side driving, cant make sensible roads, hell they cant make roads, they don’t understand the concept of drainage. That's why I call it a swanky slum.

Established in 2008, Municipal Corporation Gurugram has seen #17MunicipalCommissioners in barely 18 years ! There’s no way things can be fixed with such short tenures @NayabSainiBJP ji

How can accountability ever be established in a system with this kind of churn?

Who owns the decisions? Who owns the failures? Who is responsible for seeing something through beyond an ATR, a press release or the tenure of one officer?

Policies and regulations meant to make a city liveable are treated as inconveniences ..there’s a famous saying here -Gurgaon has just one G.O.D. -Govt of Developers !

We have a city struggling with basic waste management, drainage, sewage and dhool dhuaa -airpollution - yet we seem perfectly happy with a tractor-tipping mechanism that dumps soil, sand and horticulture waste wherever it pleases. We can’t even fix this issue because why annoy the ward councillors , let everyone earn and do as they please !

To hell with systems To hell with sanitation. To hell with the rules.

And then, when the city chokes, floods or people are put at risk:

Transfer the officer. Repeat.

Dear Chief Minister shift your base to Gurugram for a year. Please 🙏

Live with the drainage. Live with the waste. Live with the dust. Live with the traffic. Live with the pollution. Live with the consequences of the decisions being taken in your name.

And to our MP @Rao_InderjitS ji: Lock up the Lutyens’ bungalow and shift to #GCER / #SPR for a year. Just a year.Then tell us whether Gurugram is really a “smart city” that needs another tower or a city desperately in need of basic governance.

The key reason of Gurgaon’s dysfunction is that it’s being managed by multiple bodies. Layers after layers.

How fake news is created. 87 lakh was spent in FY 24-25 only, but Sardesai makes it sound as if that's all PMCARES fund has spent ever since creation of the fund 6 years ago.

During Covid and thereafter, thousands of crores were spent from the fund (not just 87 lakhs) because it was needed to spend that much during those crisis times. They can't keep spending as much when situation improves.

87 lakh was spent in FY 24-25, which was election year btw. Imagine if huge amount would have been spent, then he would have found it INTERESTING that even though India was not facing any natural crisis, why did PMCARES spend thousand crores in an election year? He'd have insinuated money going to election expenses.

Furthermore, nature of such funds is that they build corpus so that they can spend when some emergency situation arises. It's not an NGO that must spend at least x% of its donations every FY. It's literally a fund to be used in, god forbid, bad times.
