@keselowski Unfortunately, the overall weekend activities (non racing) at the track have gone downhill. Love #NASCAR so I still go to a track or two every year, but I miss going and there's always tons of fun activities to do in between races while camping. Just isn't there anymore...
@T_Coin@tigers@DetroitRedWings@Lions@DetroitPistons I feel every ounce of your statement.... Holding out hope to see what Langdon's plan is for the off season. Just for in a month to watch skubal get traded for someone's 15th ranked prospect π
@T_Coin Probably not with that super max and what return the suns would be asking for, no thank you!
Free agent would be a different story if it was the case.
@T_Coin Problem is whoβs available that will actually make a difference. I know some of the names out there, but are they actually worth the assets that teams are asking for? Murphy, Leonard, herro, mpj to name a few
@jeff_gluck I do like that they resolved the charter issue. To me though a lot of it just honestly felt like two rich sides fighting over money using fans for their arguments.
@jeff_gluck How does this actual benefit the fans?
They all need to figure out how to make the "race weekend" an actual event, not just a race. Used to be able to go to concerts (not dugger) on the nights before the race. Some tracks still do, but weekend entertainment has gone downhill.
@T_Coin It's crazy because down here in Dallas. I tell my co workers you guys got 51 wins in the regular season, that's the pistons last 3 seasons worth of wins (21,17,14)!
@T_Coin Totally fine with a deal like this. Pistons just need NBA talent. Beggars can't be too much of choosers right now. If you're getting paid to take on NBA talent instead of giving something up than should be a done deal atm.
@T_Coin There will definitely be some type of trades. The scary thing is we still donβt have the hobo figured out and hired yet. The 3 βfinalistsβ that have been rumored seem underwhelming. Langdon seems interesting of the three, but has the same hype like weaver had.
@T_Coin Free agency isn't even really reliable anymore either. Players just get their bigger deals thru their current team than ask for a trade once they're allowed.
Pistons new Head of operations is going to have their worked cut out for them with literal dirt for assets...
