@RMNaturist@TrueBlueNude Pretty sure that's Gunnison Beach NJ, and main subjects unaware of photographer. Public location, but poor practice. If subject isn't smiling at camera, that's #1 clue. If a is in woman in center, that's another clue. If subject in motion, see feet, that's a third.
@OurNaturistLife "Naturist" does not define us but people apply it, in unexpected ways: we met gay longtime neighbors at Gunnison 1 time. Now nudist trips are only thing one of them talks about when we get on same elevator at home. We used to talk about neighborhood stuff, not just "nudist".
@OurNaturistLife In USA, often you have to embrace an extreme position ("naked even getting deliveries" or "met 90% of friends as nudists") b/c others don't mind their own business. "Doctor has nude pix, must be a criminal!"; neighbors are naked, call police!".
Yes, but not just nude beaches. Many people live far away from beaches. Nudist campgrounds, and resorts cost a lot of money to visit. Like beaches we need free zones like parks, lakes, and forest trails that nudists can use for free.
@RockyNaturist These photos make us cringe. Sometimes you need a layer or need to skip the project. We usually stay partially covered until the umbrella is rigged, just in case one of the spikes or ends gets away!
@NudeLeaseOnLife@Sun_Lover29 Agreed! Over 10 million people live between Lighthouse & Gunnison. A little choice would be nice. Over 300 miles of beaches NJ Shore and LI South Shore. Ten or so half-mile c/o beach zones wouldn't take away anything from textile folk.
@NudeLeaseOnLife@NaturistSociety @NaturistAction They had behavior issues that they couldn't get under control, and, due to reported participants being mostly a distinct group, had repeated claims of enforcement bias. Behavior is a persistent issue that causes increased expenses and so becomes an easy reason to change policy.
@OurNaturistLife Also in NY, "exposure of a person", although not an arrest eligible offense, includes simple exposure of genitals in a public place, so a car is relatively risky.
@OurNaturistLife In US, varies by state. Some states "nude=lewd"= illegal. Some require more than mere nudity. In NY, women can legally be topless where a man can be. However, bottomless may be assessed by circumstances; acts seen as intentional to call attention to genitals can = "lewd".
At the beach, she's:
✅There for herself, not for you
✅Not hoping that you'll place your towel right next to hers
✅Not there to hear your life story
✅Not there to be stared at
✅Not there because she fancies you
You'll help encourage women into naturism by giving her space.
