No I'm not coming back just mentioning I haven't tracked cals since February 4th and I've lost nearly 10lbs so I've come to the conclusion mindset really does beat effort, I've had a much better time not thinking about it than when I would purposely track every little thing
I've been inactive because I don't feel disordered anymore tbh but like in the sense it's just my default??? Haven't gone over 1.1k in weeks, only over 800 a handful of days, no cravings, no guilt, no pressure, just getting smaller, my weight and eating is only something I (1/2)
think about when it comes up, I'm so present, life is honestly so great, I haven't cried over over eating, I've cried over tiktoks and the news, I haven't smiled over losing a pound but I've laughed at inside jokes and enjoyed so much quality time not overthinkingSrry4theramble<3
