@bookingcom cont. Wife is insulin diabetic, I am in chemo, granddaughter crying, beyond disappointed, crying her eyes out, and your team members (5) just kept lying to us, and did not help at all! Busy holiday wkend, no hotels open. Had 2 drive home at 2a.m. No compassion ur evil

@bookingcom cont.-My wife and I spent the next 7 hours in a Starbucks w/crying grdaughter getting the run around from your customer service ppl. They all had the same M.O. put you on a brief hold while I verify with my mgr. Then never return to the call and disconnect after 2hrs

@bookingcom Thanks for totally ruining our vacation!! You rented us a vacation home in Kissimmee, near Disney. I have stage 4 cancer, wanted to take our granddaughter for a nice Disney vacation before I die. The house we rented was occupied with full time residents!!
