In July 2024 I had to incur £1k extra cost in order to fly to Canada because BA cancelled my Mcr-HTh connection!
Getting no where with BA I went to the CEDR and BA agreed to pay me in Jan - however you have not paid me - why not?

@O2 So you have responded to my DM but done nothing in a week ??

@O2 O2 allowed somebody to hack into my mobile account (via their call centre) and receive abusive texts and calls then receive unsolicited authentication codes from all and sundry and port my number to Lebara. I spoke to O2 on the 6/11 they took my number on 19/11 - OMG 😦

@KelvinEHughes @O2 Fraud flag via call centre and 7726 - screen shot like you have and send message to ‘7726’ usually get a confirmation mail. Good luck with the call centre 🙁
