Olive Gardens Never-Ending Pasta Pass is front and center in the voter ID laws. The pasta pass requires a pictured ID that must be shown and match the name on the pass. So think about that. You have to have a pictured ID to get never-ending pasta at Olive Garden, but NOT to vote in US elections!
