@JustEatUK absolutely shocking service.. after over an hour of a driver being assigned I finally get through on my second attempt on live chat to receive this… and still not refund an hour and 45 minutes later. Trying to contact anyone is a myth.

(1/3) So my friend bought her son his usual formula on the 08/11/2021 through Deliveroo from @coopuk on farwig lane.. gave him his milk as usual for the next 24 hours when he started becoming increasingly unwell throwing up and diarrhoea,thinking it was just a bug…

@coopuk I have already attached and tagged @coopuk in the pictures of the formula. an apology doesn’t make up for the fact your store has supplied such an out of date product. A product which is consumed by babies and children which in turn HAS to be made up correctly to prevent illness

(2/3) …mum went to make his nighttime bottle on the 09/11/2021 when she noticed the formula had a funny smell.. checked the use by date and the formula is 10 weeks out of date! @coopuk
