What is the point giving a phone number if nobody has the decency to call and cancel. I made a special journey in the rain for this and the answer I got was to call head office on Monday. It’s not good enough.

I booked an under 65 flu jab at you Epping branch for today at 12.15. I filled in assessment form yesterday. When I arrived they had run out of flu jabs. Surely you’re head office would make sure there was enough for a Saturday.

@A14C2H absolute mayhem yesterday morning as there were hardly any diversion signs and road took you back towards Cambridge put an extra hour on my journey. Once you came off at j28 you couldn’t get back on at j27 diversion took you back towards Cambridge.
