@marcuspolo1981@KayBurley Marc - there has been endless publicity on this topic, and a huge amount of careful, peer-reviewed research. All of which documents the efficacy of vaccination. If you haven’t bothered to access it I can’t see any amount of “open discussion” overcoming your scepticism.

Just taken delivery of Faraday box & pouches, because new car has keyless entry. Whose idiotic idea was this? Was pressing a switch on a fob really too onerous to be borne? Still - good news for steering lock makers. Back to the 60s - yay!
@dr_lungs Since we’re on the subject, why is “social media” treated as a singular noun (as in “social media is”? Even the quality press do it. FB is a social medium, as is instagram et al. Together they form the social media. So it’s social media ARE.

@DrEilidhMaria I’d like to think this wouldn’t have happened when I was involved with implementing IRMER at Leeds when it first came in. But no, the police don’t need to be involved. There should have been mechanisms in place to stop this happening, and that’s an issue for the profession.
@classiccarguru1 Yet another illustration of the fact that the institution of entirely justifiable regulations, associated with an equally justified fear of being seen to transgress them, can send common sense flying out of the window.
