@fearmyturtleDFS@SheaSerrano Wouldn’t the opposing team, like someone on the coaching staff, be able to zoom in on the bottle and then tell the players to do the opposite? Seems risky to have it written down in a visible area
@LordAdamWest@SleeperNuggets Literally what are you talking about. We gave him so many chances 😭😭. He’s a good player, but you need the WHOLE package to be an NBA player. He’ll do great overseas
@neshbrankovic@PeteFiutak Yep. Messi, in a 5-6 game stretch where endurance is more manageable, he is #1 in the world. Different story when he’s playing against 20 year olds in La Liga for 50 games straight.
@DallasMocha@EffrayantKabyle@shiref0lk@smokingbeetroot@AffirmAndAlign If calorie deficit does not automatically mean weight loss, you are suggesting that humans are able to spontaneously create energy from within us in order to keep us going and maintain our weight. Breaking major rules of universal physics and essentially making us gods.
@jazmyngrace_@shiref0lk@smokingbeetroot@DallasMocha@AffirmAndAlign Energy balance is non-negotiable. a true caloric deficit will always result in weight loss, PCOS or not. That’s basic thermodynamics, not something hormones can override. I’m not disagreeing that it’s harder for some, but a deficit WILL result in weight loss. No debate.
@DallasMocha@shiref0lk@smokingbeetroot@AffirmAndAlign this is middle school science basics. Like it’s not a debate lol. Not enough calories = weight loss. I think you’re confusing the difference between needing a higher caloric deficit due to a metabolic disease that slows metabolism vs basic physics.
@smokingbeetroot@shiref0lk@DallasMocha@AffirmAndAlign You right, but you get my point. I understand some people have metabolic problems, but at the end of the day, physics is physics. If you’re currently alive and not a vampire, it means your body is using energy from somewhere. If it’s not food, it WILL be body weight.
@shiref0lk@smokingbeetroot@DallasMocha@AffirmAndAlign You’d literally be breaking the laws of thermodynamics if a caloric DEFICIT does not equate to weight loss. Your body needs energy from somewhere, it cannot simply create it from thin air. The only other route is fat storage.
@Saturns6ixth@Dinkalus@AffirmAndAlign No one is saying to starve yourself… You can easily google your specific daily maintenance calorie number by plugging in your body metrics and then eat a few hundred calories less than that. If you want to eat slightly more, raise that maintenance calorie number with exercise.
