Bobby Buffalo

Just a Buffalo Chicken, keeping it hot😎

[Bobby Buffalo @bobby_buffalo]

would I do it again? probably not, the ending stunk and the middle was so dry! but did I have fun? yes #digestivesystemlit

[Bobby Buffalo @bobby_buffalo]

ah yes, the ride is complete, all the passengers have exited through the anus and that's a wrap to Digestifun!

[Bobby Buffalo @bobby_buffalo]

we've been waiting for quite some time but I think we're almost out, for this part we had to enter a car named feces 🤭

[Bobby Buffalo @bobby_buffalo]

well dang, I was hoping for more, but I guess the ride is over here in the rectum. we have to wait for the park to get ready so we can leave

[Bobby Buffalo @bobby_buffalo]

I guess something good about this part of the ride is that the bacteria E. Coli makes vitamins essential to the park like vitamin K

[Bobby Buffalo @bobby_buffalo]

WOW SO THEY ARE TAKING MY WATER!! the large intestine absorbs the water of whatever passes through it! 😱

[Bobby Buffalo @bobby_buffalo]

and the ride continues! we now are in the large intestine and boy is it just me or is it dry in here? #feelingthirsty

[Bobby Buffalo @bobby_buffalo]

woah even bigger news, the pancreas coats us in pancreatic juice which contains trypsin, this also helps break down my proteins :/

[Bobby Buffalo @bobby_buffalo]

a fact I just learned about our ride is that back near the pancreas we get coated in bicarbonate which buffers the acidity of our chyme!

[Bobby Buffalo @bobby_buffalo]

first my money, then my nutrients, what next?! my water???

[Bobby Buffalo @bobby_buffalo]

so I was just informed that the villi are absorbing my nutrients and giving it to the park, straight to the bloodstream!

[Bobby Buffalo @bobby_buffalo]

the ride is picking up speed now! currently in the illeum being scrubbed by villi and microvilli, what a tingly feeling

[Bobby Buffalo @bobby_buffalo]

woah! we all just got hit by a blast of pancreatic amylase (it breaks down carbohydrates) I am NOT happy >:(

[Bobby Buffalo @bobby_buffalo]

in the duodenum, we have bile made in the liver and stored in the gallbladder join us to emulsify the fats making them easier to digest!

[Bobby Buffalo @bobby_buffalo]

it is WILD in the small intestine. all four large molecules get digested here! hope I stay safe #carbproacidfats

[Bobby Buffalo @bobby_buffalo]

oh just got informed that up in the esophagus the evac route is called the TRACHEA! my bad #sorrynotsorry

[Bobby Buffalo @bobby_buffalo]

welp! looks like the ride was stuck for a while and we had to switch cars so now it's a chyme we're in, small intestine here we come!

[Bobby Buffalo @bobby_buffalo]

something else about the lining I noticed, it is lubricated with mucus similar to the one in saliva. #neatfacts

[Bobby Buffalo @bobby_buffalo]

I just noticed the thick lining of the stomach, that's what keeps all the acid from burning a hole straight through the ride! #scaryacid

[Bobby Buffalo @bobby_buffalo]

oh no! my protein is being broken down by the pepsin, can't get any more of that on me :/
