@pandocruises To summarise, we’ve already used the live chat, already sat on the phone for hours and hours to just be on hold, we’ve sent emails to customer service and to your CEO, and we haven’t had a single response! Please read the attached screenshot of the email we sent on 4th August.
For clarity: we emailed P&O Customer Services on 4 Aug with a full complaint (see screenshot) and still haven’t had even an acknowledgement. After weeks of calls & chats, we’re left with no response, no deposit, and no resolution.

however you’re failure to help has triggered these and my wife is now struggling really badly. We fly in less than 10 days and no one seems to be helping us! We want seats together with no third parties next to us like we booked and pair for. Thank you.
@British_Airways inbound seats have been changed without any contact, no email or message as per your contract. Booked 45a/b and changed to 20d/e, not even similar! Booked these seats and paid £200 to ensure my wife’s anxiety doesn’t trigger panic attacks.
