Who likes a longshot ?
Tulsa 50/1 to Win the American
(CZR has 50) Can find 55/1 out there, as well as a 60 at Kambi.
Big Fan of the coaching staff and what they did LY, and QB Baylor Hayes a Dual Threat So QB who played well as a Freshman last year, return both OT, and have some exp on the OL. Really like what they did in RB room. Stud CB in Green who will be all conference, and added size on the DL.
At Navy, at UTSA are the two challenging ones, but with Charlotte,Rice, FAU and North Texas early on the schedule I think this team with an upset could take a leap. Number should be half this, and is worthy of a nice conference long shot.

The USGA announced that Joaquin Niemann was assessed two penalty strokes for throwing a club on No. 6 during Round 1. Was determined to be serious misconduct under Rule 1.2b.
Sorsby rightfully ending his own CFB eligibility by going to Supplemental Draft doesn't excuse the actions that TTU & their overlord took to try to get him on the field this year. Still despicable on their part.
@walls_edward@peanut_bettor@Cover3Podcast@BudElliott3 Yes. This was the best and most valuable question. The whole series is phenomenal. I literally listen to them only at a time when I can take active notes while listening.
Boise St is too good and consistent I think. Memphis works better, has the resources but hasn't fully figured out how to use them (Fed Ex NIL) at times, can upset teams, but also has duds in league play.
I maintain that US Soccer is the Boise State of global soccer. A big dog in its conference that will sometimes pull off a major upset but cannot be expected to win major titles when competing against the bigger conferences (Europe and South America).
My friend and attorney Chad Hatmaker, who has experience in eligibility cases, summed up Sorsby ruling well. “This might be the case that actually generates real reform. That’s absolutely ridiculous. If you have an illness as an employee, you don’t get to break the rules because of it. An alcoholic can’t come to work drunk without getting fired.”
• 9000 different bets
• $90,000 wagered
• Betting on games he suited up for
• Willfully ignoring classes and meetings from 3 different institutions about the one cardinal sin in sports
But hey, find a local judge and convince him the kid will be really sad if he doesn’t get to play and none of that matters does it?
What a joke.
This is fucked. You can say the NCAA has BS rules, but ruling someone ineligible bc they bet on OWN Teams games is 100% a fair rule. Sets a horrific precedent. Embarrassing for all involved
NEWS: A judge in district court in Lubbock County, Texas, has granted the injunction requested by Texas Tech QB Brendan Sorsby. He’s set to be eligible for the 2026 season.
Small sample plus a hand picked start date can sell you anything. Game 1 overs 8-1-1 since 2017... The same Game 1 overs are 10-9-1 since 2007. Always ask why someone chose the year they chose. This is a great example of endpoint shopping.
