If I have a different interpretation than the original reading radiologist and i offer it during a tumor conference I am accepting some sort of liability and if I am going to be accepting liability I should be billing for it.

You can read it how ever suites your narrative but in my view point it is not “clear.” The better team won but to say that the refs call was clearly right based on the ref defending himself isn’t clear IMO.
