@AirtelNigeria@NgComCommission Your customer care rep said that all users of similar device have the same connectivity issue since April 2026 and there is nothing they can do about it. So it literally means the device is useless to me and my money wasted.
@NgComCommission@AirtelNigeria@eninla01 They have failed to provide a solution. Their TV smartbox device has failed to connect to the internet while my ₦30,000 subscription is wasting away for over 1 week.
@AirtelNigeria The issue has not been resolved. The agent that attended to me said the smart TV box has a general unresolved issue. Hence, she said they will initiate a reversal and I get my subscription payment back as airtime. I'm still waiting for that.

I think you should talk about refunding me as I wasn't able to use what I paid for. Or do you want me to keep dragging this?

@JonahsNaomi@AirtelNigeria They won't fix it. They have decided to steal my money by not providing internet after paying for an unlimited plan. For the past 5 days, I've been unable to use what I paid for.
