@bgarlinghouse I thought the Statute of Limitations for the accused actions in 2013 is 5 years , which should have ended in 2018.
This is 6 years after the limitation of any case allowable to proceed from the 2013 accused actions.

@goldtelegraph SWIFT is fixing to use RippleNet and XRP to make overseas payment remittances. SWIFT will not need Pay Masters/ Oay Houses anymore as Ripple/XRP can complete each payment in 4 seconds or less.
