@damienb0906 @MMadryga Good to know. Question … when was the last time this type of ruling has been handed out with a team of any sport being disqualified from post season at the HS level in BC? I certainly don’t know but I’m trying to find out.
@damienb0906 @MMadryga I agree that sport teaches incredible lessons. For sure this is a learning opportunity for all those involved. That is what this situation is turning into, hopefully, for both sides of the aisle. This rule needs to be looked at.
@damienb0906 @MMadryga It is about the kids for sure. They are the ones paying the price. If children are involved in these decisions a blanket approach isn’t the best approach. Context matters.
@jodyvance@DonnieandDhali@TSN_Sports@Sportsnet It is about the kids. I keep reading these kids know the rules? Yeah they know the rules about the game not the politics. They’re 15 yr old kids. This rule needs to be looked at because at the end of the day the negative effects outweigh the positive. #letthemplay
@cbcnewsbc Rules may be rules but they can also be wrong. This particular rule needs to be re-examined. The context surrounding the player needs to be taken into account. The KIDS did not cheat!
