@IRMAARetirement @JohnStossel I think that'll be a net good. That and wouldn't be a stretch for a small tax to be put on self driving vehicles that can offset that. I think tickets accounted for around 9 billion around the entirety of the US, so that's not too crazy if self driving cars are ubiquitous.

@tszzl I agree that everyone would be better off if these models weren't conscious. I just worry that it can't be avoided. Sorta like a natural consequence of building models at a certain level (that level being unknown to me)

@bryanculbertson @lthlnkso The contaminated well water would've come from many forms of construction. To remain consistent, you would want a construction moratorium near residential areas that use well water. Would that be better or do you just find AI to be icky or something?
