@Expedia I have to say I am utterly disgusted with you as a company. I booked a hotel in Amsterdam with you on Saturday. After I completed the booking an Error came up on the website and the booking didn’t go through, so I booked another room.

It turns out the 1st booking did go through (even thought I got no confirmation on my screen) and I was charged for 2 rooms, then when I bring it to your attention your customer experience team say there’s nothing that can be done. Great service there from a worldwide company.

@RalphLauren bought a Ralph Lauren zipped hoodie for £195 in @harrods, and after following the instructions of how to wash it I feel that is shrunk. @harrods not interested in looking at it as I bought it over 2 weeks ago. Fantastic customer service right there! 😡

@yodel_Support__ Oh I have done with the Yodel customer service team, which was a waste of time as I received an email this morning to let me know that the depot was unavailable to give conclusive information!!
So, thanks for losing my boots. Hands down the WORST delivery company going.

@YodelSupportUK and @Timberland, I ordered a pair of boots, Yodel deliver to the wrong address, and I’ve been told to go and get them! Now been twice to the address to collect them and surprise surprise, no answer!! £190 pair of boots gone! Great customer service!

@Gillian275Gm I’d just like to ask if anyone who is welcoming of illegal immigrants would be happy to house the illegals in their homes to save money on the hotel costs?? I think that would be nice then we can get more into the country or at least offer our homeless a hotel room. 🙂
