Either way, it's easy for a rich actor to wax poetic about "sharing the wealth". He just goes back to his secured luxury real estate. Being insufferably dumb is a prerequisite for being a socialist, clearly.

This weekend I shared a post voicing my concerns about the far left. The response has been overwhelming. Leaders in both parties called to tell me the same thing: this stuff has gone too far.

To be clear: I'm a progressive Democrat. My whole life, I've wanted to see a youth movement fight for affordability, for healthcare, for real opportunity. It’s time! The system has utterly failed the next generation. Young people deserve real change — and they are right to fight for a better future.

But the movement is being hijacked by too many people with insane, outlandish and nutty ideas that have nothing to do with affordability, climate solutions or health care.

For example: Mamdani picked a DSA candidate who wants to abolish the police, empty every prison, erase every border and discourage interracial dating. Okayyyy ... So clearly, Chevalier has no problem condemning things! UNLESS it’s a designated terrorist organization. Believe it or not: Chevalier has refused to denounce the terror group Hamas — four times. That’s INSANE — and progressives can’t be afraid to call nonsense like that out.

Supporting Hamas is NOT progressive. The idea of “no police, no prisons, no borders” — which would let pedophiles, human traffickers, terrorists, hate groups and crime syndicates run wild — is NOT progressive for vulnerable communities. Celebrating the murder of Israeli civilians is NOT progressive. These ideas are REGRESSIVE.

If we can't tell right from wrong, good from bad, smart from loony tunes — Team Blue will go down the same road that turned the Republican Party into a shell of itself.

We can’t let that happen to the Democratic Party.

A college economics professor stated that he had once failed an entire class. That class insisted that socialism is functional and that no one should be poor and no one rich, that everyone is equal...

The teacher told them, "OK, we will do an experiment on socialism in this group.

All grades will be averaged, and everyone will get the same grade, so no one will fail and no one will get a 10."

After the first test, the grades were added up and divided by the number of students, and everyone got an 8.

The students who studied intensively were upset, but those who studied less were overjoyed.

As the second test approached, the students who had studied a little learned even less, and those who had studied more intensively told themselves that they also wanted a "handout", so they also studied less.

The average of the second test was 6.

When the third test was given, the average score was 4. To the great surprise of all the students, they all failed.

The teacher told them that socialism will eventually fail because when half the population sees that they cannot work, because the other half will take care of them, and when the half that worked realizes that there is no point in working anymore, because others are the beneficiaries of their labor, then that is the end of any nation

We have all been duped. We dumped cable for apps that promised no ads, no commercials, & the ability to watch whatever we want for what seemed like a minimal cost. Those costs continue to increase every year & we just pay it. We watch shows that have the same ads every 8 minutes & you can't even fast forward through them. If I want to watch a certain show I need Peacock or Paramount or HBO MAX or Discovery or YouTube or Hulu or Disney or Prime. Also, I have an Amazon Prime account so why is Prime TV nothing but shows & movies they want me to pay for??

What I paid for DirectTV & Tivo was nothing compared to what I'm paying now. Ugh. Take me back to the 90s. And GET OFF MY LAWN! 🤣
