@bt_uk service is so bad. On hold for literally hours this week, system is not fit for purpose. Constantly put on hold for incredible lengths of time. Even after complaint has been escalated.

@bt_uk The call system is not for for purpose. Why put people on hold for an inordinate period of time? Surely call back when you are ready to resolve the complaints. Many customers must just be hanging up out of frustration.

@bt_uk logged a complaint, escalated to executive level. At least 6 hours on ‘hold’ this week. Even when they called back regarding the complaint we were put on hold for a further 51 mins. Then the line went dead. A call back indicated the person who started the call had ended shift??!!
