As it hopefully gets back on its feet China and Russia are denied that opportunity in Venezuela and perhaps other South American counties will be less hospitable to China and Russia.

This is like having a five year old kid being mercilessly beaten up and bullied every day by a bunch of teenagers on your street. The five year old cannot do anything and needs an assist.
