@chilternrailway another shockingly (and dangerously) full service on the 17.47 from Marylebone. Will you ever consider adding more carriages? Or is the welfare of your passengers not a concern? Absolutely woeful.

@Hermesparcels I have spoken to my retailer, as you suggest, and they have tried contacting you numerous times but you're not updating them either? Was told on your tracking service that my parcel would be on the move in 24 hours and that was 10 days ago? Ridiculous
