@AmericanAir Just for clarity when you call that number, they verify what account you’re calling on by your birthdate. Then they ask what you’re looking for I say lost luggage then they forward you to some phone number that either doesn’t pick up or says we can’t answer now . Funny - not!

@AmericanAir My sixth reply. As a result, American Airlines missed the curfew to my knowledge. The airline or pilot never made a special request to take off even though it was fully loaded and the door was closed at 11:30 PM. I’ve read that that does happen and could happen, no explanation
@AmericanAir Part five of my reply. Since I’m seems like I’m complaining now I guess I should add one less piece of my experience here as a lifetime mile gold member of American Airlines. My family’s way too Columbia last Friday our 10 pm flight was delayed till 11:30 PM at San Diego.
