They lost an election in a landslide largely due to their handling of the border and failure to enforce immigration law so now they are holding enforcement and everything else hostage in this epic tantrum.

They believe that they (the losers of the election) get to now pick and choose which American workers get paid for the work they’ve DONE and are doing.
