The govt just announced a possible new definition of HFSS which isn’t perfect but it would close a huge number of loopholes in the existing definition.
(It’s also not new - it was developed in 2018).
The new definition would, correctly, define Coco Pops as unhealthy and this is a good thing, and will protect children’s health.
