They will not tell me who redeemed my gift card. They did say the $500 was not spent. Amazed that I have all the proof the gift card was issued to me, but it feels like I am being treated like one who is trying to steal the gift card.

@TeamStubHub so an update to all followers on my case:
- no great response by Stubhub why my gift card will not be reissued to me.
- they said maybe a relative got to my gift card when no one that I know has access to my email.

Does this make sense it anyone?
